Can i get into a medical school with my grade?

I understand O-levels aren't all that they look at and the real thing they look at is A-levels results, however O-levels are kind of an entry ticket into a school so they know my level in terms of study, whether im capable or not, so the real question is, can i get in a medical school with my current results?

3 A* (Languages)
Maths A
Bio A
Chem B
Physic B
Business A*
Economics B

Physics is a weak B.. close to C

I've been crying lots I really don't see myself studying anything else other than this, and i saw alot of school only accepts A/A* . What can I do right now? Will I be able to get in?

I've joined a few math n science competitions, camping, all with curricular points, hopefully that helps me get into a college.

You got 4 A*s 2As 3Bs. Why are you worrying, this is great and plus medical schools don’t care about your igsces only alevels.So I don’t understand the “a lot of school only accept A/A part”, can you explain that further?

Like ive seen alot of medical schools that has high requirements which only accepts A-A*s for the 3 sciences

If physics is hard for you I suggest you do maths for alevels instead of physics. Some med universities don’t need physics.

if my grades do end up going x_x, my parents said since i jumped a grade, i can still take igcse once more, next year, but im trying to consider whether its a waste of time or not

Some Uni e.g King Edward do look at ur O levels, They take liek 10% of o levels grade. 40% of a levels grade and 50% of M.d Cat Exam

And combine the grade, and thier last year entry grade was like 93-95

i am not sure tbh but ik cuz my father graduated from there
