I have a 700 in english in SAT (will try to get higher in the september 13 sat) and an igcse english first language without listening and speaking A*. i plan to apply on oct 15 as i want to apply to cambridge and thats the ucas deadline for it. i have studied in an english medium school my whole life. will i need to give ielts before october 15 and add it to my application or can i give it later?

i dont see it written anywhere on cambridge website that they accept IGCSE first language english without speaking and listneing as proof of english proficiency
