i hate medical and tbh i dont really know what career to get into. in fact i really i want something easy and something that wont stress me too much. i dont really have a passion for any of these. i do like maths, physics a bit too and chem as well. cs is iffy because i didnt study it much this year but i think i can get good at it.

Never go for cs especially since u said u dont do it much
If u want an easy engineering go for civil or industrial

Dont do cs if u prefer chem over it
You can do cs later in uni with chem+phy+maths
But removing chem will narrow your engineering paths
