I hope to get into MIT someday but need tips

Hello,im currently 15 sitting my A-levels,but,do not be impressed,I barely survived my IGCSES with just merely passing grades. For my A-levels my predicted grades are on A levels Physics and maths,which I predict I would get an A in physics and C in maths,I plan to resit both on the october session to get the A*,one of the issues I got bad grades here and my IGCSES is due to my procrastination and lack of mentor,so after this may/june exam,I plan to get a tutor to help me get disciplined and train me for the october exams,I sit the Edexcel board btw I know this is a cambridge board but this server is more active. I just wanted to know whether resits affect my chances of getting into top tier unis like MIT,Berkeley,Princeton and such,also I really want alternate countries with top tier unis as most of you may know the situation in US,they are not really welcome to intl students. I plan to get my bachelors in CE and pursue my masters in Law. Thank you very much if you read this to the end. 🙂

I want to be a lawyer moreover,but I dont want to my bachelors in smth related to law,I want to be a bit more versatile,so I went for CE
