motorsports is pretty fast based (pun intended), you can see the result of ur work in pretty fast, not like years later

if ur doing designs/new ideas they can go straight to the track, but like in aerospace it can take like 3 years to launch something

ur also trusted with more responsiblity earlyunlike in huge aerospace companys

and i think aerospace and aeronautical jobs are just in labs/offices

you can prolly trave lthe world and work at different races depeneding on the event in motorsport
