i am taking 5 a levels Further maths, maths, physics, economic and chemistry. i’m asking someone who is doing these subject or have done it is it too much to handle and is it better to take the staged route or just give all the papers at once

I didn't take it

#

But 5 A levels in one session is insanity

#

Look at the syllabus and past papers you'll understand

#

Ik people taking the staged route with 3 subjects they're dying

i feel like i should do 5

#

3 is enough in my opinion

#

cuz

#

most unis only want 3

#

and like they say

#

quality over quantity 😂

#

i dont mean to say that 5 is impossible

#

i can do 5 im like top of my school in everything

#

but you won't live outside studying

#

if ur aiming for all A*

#

if u like math and physics

#

just do math further math and physics

#

you'll enjoy it if u like maths

#

if ur more of a bio person do bio chemistry and maybee physics for a 3rd

#

yeah no i like math and physics way more

#

i’ll see then

#

still have a lot of time to decide

#

but i mean both of them do go to cambridge so i suppose it isnt too bad of an idea if you can handle it?

#

i mean take things like supercurriculars into mind aswell

jade basalt
#

You can still do 5 tho but it'll be bad

#

If u do 5 I advise u do like take them all staged over 2 sessions but ditch 2 when completing the AL

crude roost
#

hmm

#

yeah that seems like a good idea

crude roost
#

then i might drop

#

why econ with chem and phy?

#

is it just to keep the door open??

#

try narrowing your choices as much as you can rn

#

suppose you pursue engineering, econ will be of no use
