hi guys! not sure if this is the correct channel for this, i’m sorry if it’s not.

i’m an overseas student and want to apply to LSE maths and economics. i got 11 A*s at IGCSE and am taking IB, HL maths AA, history, bio, and chem. my school does offer econ but i don’t take it. i can definitely get a 7 in maths and will probably get a 43-45 overall, so i match the requirements.

my question is, what extracurriculars do you guys think i need, for my personal statement? apart from books and academic interest and stuff. i have nothing to show rn in terms of extracurriculars (end of y12) so i’m brainstorming what i should try to do in the next semester. thinking of joking a speech competition at my school, maybe an essay competition too? will try to get a medal in some maths competition but idk if i’ll be able to.
