To quit P0*n you need a foundation, you need to have a goal. You want to have a reason to quit it, the addiction doesn't just go away on his own, I was also severely addicted when I was 12-14, I used to watch it 3 times a day, I went on a couple of dopamine detoxes, had set a goal, something big that I want to do with my life. Occupy yourself with physical exercises and you can start by setting up a timetable for when you're allowed to watch and slowly quit it
