dude dont blame it on ur country in the end if u work hard and put more effort it reflects in ur grades, if u blame ur bad grades on smthng else it just doesnt work. in life there ll be a lot of challenges like this, u just cant push the blame onto smthng else. to get marks u have to work hard, study the material, do past papers. i failed my 7th grade and i was horrified at myself. but instead of becoming depressed and hating myself, in my 8th (school sent me to the next grade thankfully) i worked hard and i topped all my subjects (cough except math and hindi bare pass). now im in 10th and yes im struggling but im trying to put more effort into finishing past papers and studying material thoroughly. if u do the same then im sure u can pass ur exams. and everybody here isnt trying to 'judge' you they are trying to help you

I am Syrian doing IGCSEs and A-levels.
I have 8 IGCSEs all are A*
I am currently doing an A-level and next year I will do another 2 in the same session. (Bio, Phy, Chem).

As I have quite a story.

As a Syrian living in Egypt; I didn't plan to take 3 ALevels in the first place as Egypt's university requirements for medical school are 8 IGCSEs and an A level. So I worked on that; I finished 8 IGCSE subjects with grades of A*. I am currently doing biology A level on November 24.
I always wanted Egypt's public university as it's not that expensive. It is 5000 egp (100 usd) per year, which was awesome for me.
I went to the Ministry of Higher Education in Cairo; They told me as you are Syrian and doing IGCSE, the university would cost me 6500 USD per year. My parents and I didn't have this in our plan. So I got finished I don't think I can afford this. It's a 6-year program...

Also, I can't go back to Syria to study as yk.
