well you can still pursue law
but the english level you'd do will be much higher compared to what you did now (second lang eng)
it really depends on if you're going into a levels or a foundation year
Yeah I was disappointed when I saw the Econs one. I was predicted an A idk what happened
how strong/confident are you in writing and evaluation, if you judge from your business and economics
Writing and evaluation? I think im decent
Ill be honest i really dropped in economics i did amazing in mock exams
Should've been easy
I'm gonna do A levels
okay what do you plan on taking
or are you unsure
With the options they gave I think I was looking at business, law, accounting and digital media and design
drop media
not many universities consider it as a proper subject
what are all the options you have?
If I drop media then there's applied science(btec), travel and tourism, math and sociology to choose from instead of that
socio is a better choice
alright
What other options do I have if I don't want to go into law in the future tho
my parents want me to go into accounting
the combination is quite centered towards law but you could go into business (if the course doesn't require maths) or like social studies i'm not too sure
I mean do they require maths often? id love to go into business if i don't want law in the future somehow
well if they want you to go into accounting then you'd have to take maths but from your results in accounting and maths i'm not sure that you'd do well in a level 😭
💀
Idk how I got a B in maths and a C in Econs it shouldbe been the opposite at the very least
But alright I just wanted to know if I even have a chance at all at going into law
Thx
if it's international business then i don't think maths is really asked for
but a lot of business courses are lumped with maths and statistics meaning maths is required
Oh
you have a chance, transitioning to a levels would just be the hardest part for you
because humanities in a levels feel different than igcse, especially if you don't come from a higher level of english such as first language or literature
Alright thanks
