Good job on the good grades! But I doubt that would be enough to get admitted into Harvard. Don't worry, though; you still have time to adapt certain tasks to add to your portfolio. I am in the same grade as you, so my advice wouldn't be as valuable as you might have wanted it to be. For now, I would say that you should try to add as many extracurriculars as possible. For instance, participating in competitions that your school takes part in, or even being part of the school's student council, and even collaborating with other students to create a project that preferably applies to the field you want to apply to. Personally, I believe extracurriculars would be a baby step towards your wonderful goal

online can work. research mentor etc. is common.
also attaching that harvard's CDS (to which they are practically legally bound) says that they do consider alumni and prof relations
