#How many IGCSE subjects should I have done to join
57 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
for a level, my school makes most people take 10
but you probably don’t need 10
i know cbse icse neet and jee are all really tough
but I also don’t know that much about them
ib.. my friends school does ib and he takes 10 too
@everyone can anyone else share their opinion?
don’t ping everyone
in servers
discord seriously needs to write something about this for new users
not only do you not have permissions to do it (so it pings no one) but also it’s just annoying
Personally I think 11 is a good number if you can handle it as it’s the highest number of average A*s I’ve ever seen on any uni course, id say a minimum is like 6 to 8
any more and it starts getting silly
I only took 8 and I still haven't dropped out
Is it an ideal number to study?
Its decent
I mean it’s gonna depend on what a level subject ur gonna take
If u like stem tho but haven’t decided what a level subjects to take u can just straightaway take all sciences n emath plus additional maths
See what subjects contains info that suits your priority and can be used in the future cus at the end no one’s really gonna care about igcse
Alright thanks
I recommend coordinated science tbh
It’s less work load than the individual sciences
And you get double a star though
Which is different to the triple a star you’d get from the individual sciences
I see
i recommend individual science if ur going for science a levels though t bh
sure??
no way bro
10 is wayy too overkill
hell nah
ye true
better to take individual
if ur really bad at science there is anoption to take 9 instead
bro if ur in a country like taiwan
it makes sense
cuz they kill the students their with the insane workload
i think its honestly just right for me
OH YOU MEAN A LEVELS
NONO SORRY
I MEANT 10 IGCSES
..
bad wording gaming
🥰
nono we have either 3 or 4 a levels
there is one very specific combo which has 5
i was like wtf
but i have never seen anyone take it
thx bro
