Guys if I'm 100% sure that I don't want to study any math related subjects in college, can I not take math for my As and A levels? Like if I wanna study sociology, creative writing or something related to liberal arts, will it reduce my chances or getting in or nah? Also I was planning to take business, eco and english for my As&A levels as that will be my only option (other than math) cause we won't have any other subjects.

Eco as in economics? That's a heavy math related subject
in my school when you enter grade 9, you have to choose between bio/phys/chem and business/economics. I chose business and economics. In year 11, those subjects will be compulsory to study so I don't really have a choice
Well econ is not a bad choice and business is very easy apprently you just need to decide your 3rd subject, you can take 4/5 also but that depends on your school
I'm gonna go with english
The only cambridge subjects we will be offered in year 11 are business, econ, english and math
💀
i mean our school does allow to take other subjects if we study them by ourselves, but I don't feel the need to do that plus I'm comfortable with those three subjects
but everyone keeps saying that colleges prefer that we take math as well
Math is always an added advantage but if your like me ( i always get a D or below in math) then it's a problem and some universities consider econ and business as one subject so look out for that too
ight thanks

Base your decision on your desired uni because they may have specific requirements at time
