Are IGCSE Obligatory?

hey fam, I want to ask if taking the IGCSE is obligatory for Cambridge uni, thanks in advance. PS: I'm currently 16, I don't even know if it's possible to take the exam at 17.

for example, equivalents of IGCSE are: MYP, GCSE, GCE O Level, etc
