Hi, I did not finish 2 years of IB and am currently doing a level, so I think I can help you with this.
It really depends on what you want to do in the future and how passionate you are. If you are an explorer, do not know what to do in the future, or want to be good at every core subject, then I would recommend IB.
The advantage of IB is that when you get to universities, you can skip some lessons or study them very easily because IB covers some of the contents already. Secondly, critical thinking skills and doing work practically are my favourite things about IB, so they might be for you too.
It is very expensive compared to a level
It is a difficult programme because it requires you to do eight subjects, which include Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge. Meaning that you already take 3 SLs and HLs and also have to take another 2, which is very tiring (it would be even more if you do art or drama in group 6).

(+) My favourite thing about a level is that you can choose any subjects that you want to study and focus on what you want to study for your major or future job.
A little more focus in depth so you can get deeper knowledge about a specific subject that you take in comparison to IB
It is cheaper compared to IB.
It is a big advantage for you if you are an art or media student (for example, I take economics, math, and media), and another good thing is that they are coursework subjects. However, I would say the amount of coursework in A-level is way more than IB, so you should keep that in mind.
(-) most of them are exam-based, and it is very tiring if you take 4 A levels or are a science student because normally they have 2 to 3 papers per subject, so 9 papers on average. The workload is not as difficult as IB, but what makes it so exhausting, in my opinion, is the junk of knowledge that you have to take into your head.
