not an expert, but here is my opinons
Medicine - firstly, avoid going into medicine unless you really like helping people, because you will get burnt out and be stuck with a career you don't like. Sure, there is prestige and money, obviously satisfying, because you are saving their lives, but it is notorious for being a long and hard path to $$$.
CS - $$$ earning potential due to high demand in an increasingly interconnected world by internet. Job prospects are high, as there is very high demand for these people in each industry - just about every industry needs these people. Not quite sure about "prestigious" - but like business, it could depend on where you would work - like working in Big Tech; Uber, Google, Apple. Might be satisfying, but again I've heard "debugging for hours and hours on why my code is not working and realising you missed a colon" - on the bright side, you might be working in very interesting industries and fields, ones that are at the cutting edge - AI, cybersecurity.
Business - $$$$ of $. Like doctors, you'll work for a few years, before you start seeing money rolling in, unless that is of course you land a job at a Fortune50 or something. Satisfying - maybe not so much. For career prospects, every business need business majors. Prestige - would be very high if you work in Fortune50 companies.
