how's the English in ib and as levels.. is it really hard? and where we can find the resources

IB English isn't that bad: there were a lot of group discussions in our class and you only have to know 2 books in-depth for the comparative exam

for standard level, your IO (individual oral) is worth 30%

IB past papers are notoriously hard to find unless you pay, so ask your teacher
