So I have this scooter drawing, which was made by my friend in another scene and copy pasted into my own toon boom file as a node. I finished this scene 18 August and did not touch it until yesterday.
Yesterday 26 August, I opened the file and the scooter is gone. I tried to download and open the toon boom file I copy pasted the scooter from again and it was worse, the whole animation is not showing. I looked into the drawing substitution and the drawing is empty.
I have tried:
- let my friend save as a new file and send me again
- let my friend save the nodes in library and send me the tpl file
- let my friend send the scooter tvg file and import the scooter as an image
Since the drawing substitution that wasn't used in the animation is showing without problem I ask my friend to duplicate the scooter drawing and save as a new file to send me. While the drawing is showing in the thumbnail, it says unable to read (the drawing file path) when I am switching to the duplicated drawing.
None of this is working.
I also tried downloading the old file I uploaded to Microsoft Sharepoint and the scooter is also missing in that file. Luckily when my friend download and open it, it was showing in his file. Which means this problem is something about the toon boom harmony on my pc but not the file.
