i met a newborn moth earlier just landed in home space, no cape no nothing they approached me to light me while i was taking pics with the qg and after they lit me they offered me a friend request i usually turn down moths that try and friend me immediately based of appearance but for some reason i was feeling generous so i let them

they ended up unlocking a high five with me and then taking me hand and dragging me around home space they tried to make friends with another player but they didn’t accept but they watched us run around home for a while they led me through the empty gw gate for them, but it made me enter the realm ofc but right afterwards my sister came in and wanted to show me some videos so i had to leave i wonder if they ever made it to isle of dawn, and i hope they weren’t too confused when i disappeared

Speaking from experience, I once had a close friendship with someone who’s also my partner’s mutual. I can say that they’re one of my first long-lasting sky friends. I admit that we had lots of great times together in sky and discord.

But as time passed, a lot of things happened and I started to distance myself away. I tried to give them a lot of chances but no avail. At first, I felt bad for blocking them entirely but I came to terms that we can never go back because of the things they did to me

You know how, when you're reliving a spirit memory, it'll show you where the next little 'ghost' is you have to collect if you do a call? Apparently it'll give you that kind of notification since the guide thing is area-specific. It's why you can't activate it if you have all the spirits in an area. Guides get a little cheat marker.

Have you heard of the child ||who got lost in the leviathan's bellies? Such a poor little soul, stuck down where not even Megabird can shine their kindly light and rebirth them out of there.

Bellies, you say? That's right! The Leviathan has many, many stomach chambers, all filled with poor unfortunate creatures. When we freed that reckless Cannoneer, we only emptied one of its many stomachs. There are still many creatures there who may never see the light, and this rumored child has joined them. This is exactly why the Leviathan is quite content at the bottom of the ocean without trespassers. It's still quite full!

Wait! There's more! As this child got lost in the Leviathan's stomachs, it heard the pleas of the poor creatures as they flocked towards the still-strong light in their heart. It's a wonder it still shone so bright so deep in the sea, actually. They wish they could make Leviathan regurgitate all those creatures, but no amount of scratching, kicking, and bribing from the inside would make them budge even just one light minnow.

So they did the next best thing. They beckoned all the trapped creatures towards the light inside their heart, reflecting it throughout the chambers with their golden pendant. Their light would be a temporary sanctuary, where the creatures would not have to suffer the dark acids inside the Leviathan's bellies.||

Luna originates from the moon ( clearly that was an ironic statement ) so she uses a kind of tidal power to remove all the stomach acids from the area and save the animals one by one instead, in the body of a child

||However, no one really knows what happened after that. Luckily, our dear archivists have provided us a theory. Recently, diamond-powered portals with stone lifts leading into them were discovered in the sunken factory. They are able to function even when pulled out of their original spots, and so they were brought to the surface for testing. Each portal had 6 diamond slots circling it, and different configurations with at least 3 diamonds would make it lead to different places. A gaping hole in the expected spot of another portal was also discovered.

Their theory is that the Leviathan might have swallowed that portal at some point while it was trapped in the factory.

If that's the case, then it could've been that our poor child at the bottom of the abyss was swimming around with a heavy heart, looking for a way out. They may have discovered the portal and got it working. They may have started freeing creatures from their heart once they reached wherever the other side was.

But what is their plan? Are they going to stay there forever? Are they going to be eternally extinguished after freeing the creatures from their heart? Are they going to take care of the creatures? Are they ever going to get the creatures out of the Leviathan?

Honestly, we're not even sure if they really exist, so your guess is as good as mine.||

Im good ^^, hope you feel a little more energized soon ^^ @grand hinge alright, this is really plain compared to your theory but what if the magic to create the coral and purify the friends was partially just in her brain to escape reality, a coping mechanism. The purification of the animals if real however their survival after that is uncertain however her mind builds that cage due to her current child-like brain which can only handle so much at a time, shes a forgotten skykid. oh and this ficuses more on the mental and physical states of individual characters so it makes no sense that i compared my theory

You ignore it though because you need to look at the dailies and do them. You see what they are and they are easy, simple relaxing to do. You think today you can just chill and relax. Geyser is in an hour so you think great I can do Isle first, you have lots of time, you need to go there anyway for the wings.

You turn around and see a other moff, your second moff sighting of the day. The other moff is gone you think but you turn around to see the daily statue and its there. The second moff you see is looking in your direction. Spaced out? You think, you don't know.

You decide to go to Isle, you arrive and hear a honk, you turn around and the moffs have followed you. Cool you think maybe they are with each other and just exploring. You head off to collect your wings and candles. Little do you know you are been watched closely. They skeeter around keeping distance but you know they are watching. In the cave that gives you the candle cake you see another moff running out they do a little honk. You think nothing of it. You continue on, back out on the sands all 3 are waiting and watching. Doing little honks, you think they need help? Or just being polite? You honk back and fly off to continue your journey. You don't realise it yet but you honked back at them as a sign of approval. One by one they follow, you get a gut feeling that something is up. You shake it off, you decide to do trials for the lols after all you need the wings. So you start there....

Hello cozy I had a thought. If Sky children had their own little home or living space, which realm would your sky kid's home be in? What stuff would be in it? Would they make their own home out of a snug little hole or move into an abandoned shelter? Will it be grand or will it be small and just right for one sleepy little sky child?

I'd think of mine being in a hole in a tree, somewhat small but does have borrowed furniture in it taken from old homes.

i had this concept of skykids just straight up making their own villages in my sky au thing
Some of them live in tents, others in caves, some even in properly built houses they reverse engineered somehow
there's one village of tents in prairie that just went crazy with hanging chimes so when it's a windy day, it'd just be chimes ringing everywhere and the residents liked the chimes too much for some reason,
there's one underground in forest of skykids that learned how to forge with metal,
there's the ones that live way high up in forests with maybe houses carved into trees and is connected via many bridges,
there's also skykids that just decided to live in dreams village because why not
there's a whole tent village that's filled with spell-users near ark, there's also a nearby village to that that straight up has a krill that's somehow tamed
for vault, they just knocked some walls down to make bedrooms in there for skykids who want to learn and research the sky kingdom

i actually have a little doodle thing of one of the settlements i came up with but i kinda forgot which one it is so i'll just send it in fanart chat
