They set down the cauldron for communication, and asked me to fly them up to the meditation spot. I said "sure" then used the "help me find spirits" feature to fly them up there and back (the green light landed soon after).

The message is taking a while to come out, as it needs to travel through 5 layers of box

it kind of makes sense to me, because they have to keep it as a timed event due to being shown in-game, and if each part was too long, people would have trouble properly watching each part in one go (due to things like other skykids getting in the way or making too much noise, connection errors, being unable to pause the video, and the fact that sky drains the battery quite a lot so keeping it running for long isn't easy), so they cut it into small parts so that people could easily watch each in one sitting. I myself am personally benefitting from this because i can hardly get fifteen to twenty minutes of uninterrupted phone use, so the only reason i can even plan on watching two embers at all is that it's short enough to not take too much time

plus this also makes it easier to continue watching if you were interrupted while watching last time because instead of having to wait half an hour or an hour for a certain point of the story to appear, you can just choose whichever fifteen minute section is closest to where you left off last time and select that one to watch

(this is just my own opinion, of course )

I was once on call with a friend during eden and they got hit in the funniest way and i was laughing so hard and they were standing in front of me and i forgot to light them

in the areas where there's a bunch of regular rocks hurtling through, you can use the gliding mode to fly over the rocks.

Just flap up once before the rock-fall areas, and quickly switch to glide mode and use that to cross the area (iirc other parts of eden also make glide mode difficult to use)

You make valid points regarding keeping them short as many players use mobiles, plus it can be watched on way to work or something. I guess I thought this was going to be a feature length animation film or series (1hr 20min in total), but it seems clear that these are very short stories just like quests. Just a bit disappointed so far.

We should have the choice to go full screen so we don't see flashing/flickering lights in front of the screen or hear other sky kids. I just had a Sky kid set up furniture in front of my view so I had to move, annoying! They should upload it to YouTube too, so we can watch it in hi-res, without all the festival tech stuff, and we can watch it and return to it in our own time. Then we have the choice to watch it alone or experience it with others in-game. Switch and Android 8 users can't even watch them in the in-game cinema, that is awful.

I was expecting longer too. When they first announced the animation, I thought it was going to be a full on animated series, like 20 min 4–6 episodes or a feature film, but what I've seen so far are very basic short stories. We need to see how it pans out over the season and see if we get a decent amount of lore from it.

4. it will tell you you are late but accept it dw
5. burn the candle and sit on the meditation circle
6. the chapter repeats every 20 minutes that way

If I remember Prairie mask is technically 78 AC because you have to buy the hair first. Isle is 129 AC (buying the hair first), but is much faster to finish that constellation. I believe it's 6AC for Wasteland Elder's hair, BUT it takes a bunch of hearts to finish that constellation >< (even if you don't have to get the teir 2 capes)
