It definitely is a different experience with friends vs solo though. I’m glad I asked them.

That’s still great! I think I got between 8-12 my first time there. I wasn’t really paying attention to the numbers, just following the statue maps I had found.

My heart was pounding like crazy in Eden because I have medical condition

I used to solo Eden a lot, now I just do it daily to help any Moths, butterflies, or fireflies who are struggling

Sometimes even the occasional Dragonfly player, then watching them go into the very end, makes me feel like a parent watching their kid leave for the first day of school

Confident blast rushing gets me to the ending pretty well, but always light the lamps as u go /gen

Yeah not worth doing Eden alone. You can get stun locked there. I think the best strat is to have a group and take turns going point to point, that way you can be helped in case of a mess up

The dye butterflies being in graveyard have actually helped me get through that map without being scared of the krill (I normally go the ship direction to avoid it)

Though... Not perfectly. Intel graphics gives the skid capes a weird wireframe effect, and does the same to the spirits.
Nvidia graphics cause the game to not even load up properly until you switch out of and back into fullscreen mode.

Next time, what I suggest is using the spell version of it so that you can see if you like the look or not since spells are temporary! You can get the spell version of the sword pants for free!

BTW this isn't meant to downplay your situation. I've experienced wanting new cosmetics but realizing that they don't look good on me at all! The spells are really handy here

I would say it is very complicated. On one hand you get all the access to all the things. On the other hand, serious and heavy burnout is possible. You gotta go with your heart and not judge yourself harshly in any case.

The Asteroid Cape is kind of IAP+ as you are getting access to an exclusive area. If you dig the storyline and want to spend more time in that verse, then it might be for you.

Just remember that 97% of the time, other players won't even see what you are wearing so dress to make yourself happy. You are the one that counts!

Last year, there was an eel like the one in Treasure Reef in Prairie Peak’s river. As well as a dark creature sort of like a Krill that hung around further upstream, and would pop out of the riverbed. If you didn’t get away in time, it would grab you, shake you around, drain your cape energy, and toss you away. People started calling it a bobbit worm because of this behavior.

Candle running is just the act of going on a run to get wax. You can go ask in #looking-for-group-live to see if someone can take you so you can learn some routes
