They’re so evil. Do you use the shared memories around shards? Sometimes those distract them while you clean up the darkness. (Though lately the crebs I’ve seen have been ignoring most honks in general and charge at less predictable times )

-frequently run to a light source to heal

Most shards have some heal source close by, and crabs will keep charging you as long as you honk so you can bring them entierly out of range of the shard

Once i decided to hide them in the clouds at jellyfish cove for funsies during a solo shard

honestly i base age off of the capes like we have the capeless which after a year the moth would get their cape but ofc their still a little chibi until their cape shifts into the base color from the constellation after 5 years eg the wastelands green cape or valleys pink cape and no longer being a chibi then after 5 more years they would get their cape based off where they live and the color of the cape also determining that

like example if a skykid lived in isle of dawn and if they got the red cape then it would become the journey cape for example

honestly i kinda have something similiar in our au where i headcanon aurora as megabird and she tends to the stars in orbit which eventually forms into little moths with capes then when its time she would open the door to the world where the moths can fly into the world

and ofc end up losing their capes for a year with no recollection of the orbit

and she would also guide any skykids who were given a chance to rebirth to the light much like the concert during orbit part

oooh and honestly like the 2 skykid ocs glittermint and chamomile they also are kinda like the judgement and the rebirth where they can sense energy that sounds bad and as a result they wouldnt give the skykid a chance to rebirth while ones who are good or corrupted skykids who were kinda misled into doing bad stuff get a another chance at life

since these 2 ocs plus when they were one skykid were also fractions of the megabird sent down into the world to go save the kingdom and be reborn in years to come until the current timeline of my future fic

Nebula is a comet that passes through the realms every century, she grants wishes of kind hearted sky kids. One day a lonely sky kid wanted a friend and wishes on Nebula. Nebula didn't know how to grant the wish so she consulted Aurora. Aurora decided to form a body for Nebula and sends her down to the other sky kid. This does result to amnesia and the comet itself no longer existing. But Aurora created a new comet to fly by instead of Nebula. Now Nebula spends her day growing up along with the other skykids around her.

One of my sky ocs is someone who is like a school teacher for new moths. She holds little classes where she reads old spirit books to little moths and teaches them stuff. She also absolutely loves history and takes photos of artifacts left behind by the old spirits too.

and how the deity ended up splitting into 2 deities who handle the respective dark and light

Nebula avoids Eden and Wasteland at all costs, krills will immediately aggro towards her because she has a brighter light source than a normal skychild. It's extremely dangerous to put out a comet and normal candles will not light her back up

Girly is one of the younger children of light and kinda has no sense of anything going on. Almost like a moth. But for some ungodly reason she dosent get krilled even if girl tries. Krills kinda like her and she would just run up to one going

That’s a reference to the fact when I was a moth my friends kept trying and failing to krill me

She also has a stronger connection to the spirits. as they follow her around in their chibi forms even after she droped them off. But thing is that, the other kids, expecialy the older ones, have NO clue what she is talking about, and she kinda ends up sounding crazy, cause only she can see them.

this is also a reference to my time as a moth, the update were the spirits followed you around in your first time came out after my friends already played, so when they were introducing me to the game they legit though i was crazy

two of these OCs are former Magical Girls (Aliro and Misha, who both died in combat/fell to Despair and became Fallen Magical Girls)

the reason why my OCs suffer is because i unfortunately have very unaddressed trauma from kindergarten to high school where i, as an autistic person, was ostracised and bullied
i only managed to get therapy for these issues now 😭
