In a sense I'm hoping the next TS won't have anything I'll go crazy over, haha, I'm trying to save my candles for the Aurora event I counted I should theoretically need a lil over a 1 000 to safely be able get everything I am missing, I have 170 right now so there is a long ways to go. I can definitely get there with the ~15 a day I'm already getting, I just have to spend consciously.
In the same sense, I'm happy Days of Treasure does not have any items that cost candles 😄

Fun Eden discovery: you can just straight-up skip the krill in the pipes section if you have enough wing power. If you start at the bottom and aim for the near side of the top pipe, you can just kind of land on it and skip the section entirely.

My first ever impression of Assembly was back when dailies like “hold hands in a group of four people” and “complete a multi-person Assembly quest” were still around. (Oh, those were dark times indeed. )

I was a wee little moth entering Forest for the very first time, and I ran into a group of players doing a daily quest to complete the 4-person Assembly activity in the first area of Forest. Lacking context, I attempted to help grab the pieces, which made me complete the daily once all the pieces were collected. But it also had the side effect of just COMPLETELY breaking that specific Assembly quest for me, as I had joined halfway through instead of helping to initiate it, and was technically not even supposed to have access to it yet.

The quest just automatically counted as completed when I got to it in the Assembly questline, moving me on to the next quest in the chain. And ever since then, the meditation circles for the 4-player Assembly task in the first area have never, ever shown up to me. Not even once.

Why did they get rid of those Assembly dailies? That would be so good for moths and finishing Assembly quests! I had the final one done since the Hoop Quest was on the list last year.

Which is all well and good if you count as completing it, but can still access it again later to help people, but I can’t access it again, even after…what was it? 3? 4 years now? Somewhere around the Switch port’s release. It’s just gone forever for me.
