Is the food bowl too deep/low? Cats are supposed to have raised & shallow food bowls so they don’t strain their necks while eating. If the bowl is too deep and too low then they can get food all over their face that irritates them n stuff they can get acne/scabs from it.

You don’t have to trim the back ones, they’re typically more blunt than front claws since they’re not used for hunting. You can do it while he’s napping or wrap your arm around the cat so he can’t wriggle away mid trim sesh

The season is over so I'm finally going to say the thing I hated the most about it. The collab area doesn't merge with the rest of Sky. The exit portal doesn't even take you back to vault, it takes you to Aviary. You can get back to vault from Starlight Desert and Oasis, and even the Secret Area teleports you to vault if you go through the portal! It just feels so disconnected and I don't like it at all.

Basically the sources of hearts in this game are
-bought from spirits, this works fine but is a strictly finite supply (and much, much too small to cover the costs of all tier 2s)
-gifted by another sky kid
-daily light : by collecting light sent to you by your friends (it takes a lot of friends for this to reach a significant amount)
-recieving hearts from shared spaces and such

Because the effort to reward ratio on that is abysmal
The amount of wax needed to forge a candle increases after 5, 10, 15, 17
And the reason why 20 is awful : after 18 the price doubles every candle
So you have 19th costing 2x the 18th, and 20th costing 4x the 18th
The 20th candle alone takes almost as much effort as the first 9

For part of my cr I tend to use the wind paths to fly around and gather the wax when I want a break or need to do something. It's a slow afk process but at least it's something. I managed to get a candle out of it out of pure stubbornness yesterday just because.

I think Duets had to have one music sheet as its central theme simply because of the player entry to the season - I remember a lot of people were complaining that they couldn't get the Duets door open in the first quest which is understandable especially if you're playing on Playstation! I reckon it had to be easy to allow for everyone to participate and complete the questline - though still, would have been awesome to have more! As like an optional side quest where we could play more songs or maybe partake in a concert every couple hours

I’ve played through the first few Revival quests on a fresh account just to see how it is, and it’s honestly way better than the old way of introducing players to the game, i.e. chucking them down in home space and directing them to Isle. The first few quests introduce you to some key aspects of the game (reliving spirits, lighting candles to make things happen, changing cosmetics) and you’re then directed to go through the seven realms, meaning you’ll actually get a good grasp of the game before it tells you to go out and complete quests for past season spirits.

Assembly season was great, we had to do things. But yeah they honestly could have done more with the aviary quests. For example the guides or spirits who are shop owners? We could have part 1 tidied up the space, Part 2 find furniture, Part 3 deliver props, Part 4 greet the spirit and open up the new shop with them.... That could have been one quest.

I was thinking of more scrapping the original quests that had people go make sure they did previous seasons quests? And replacing them. But you literally just reminded me it was a season of Revival. the way I see it, the area was there before and the spirits/guides wanted to revive it, which is what happened. But I don't really understand why we had to do their previous season quests to get theirs done.? I remember vaguely we had to for example go to the memory guide and make sure we completed that season? How was that reviving? Genuine question.

yeah it functionally just switches the layout but the problem for a lot of players is that it's completely different from the original touchscreen controls there's also some of the weird inputs like moving the control sticks in different directions because there aren't enough buttons for all 15 keys

The main reason is incentivising new players to go complete those past season quest lines - which is a focus of Revival. From a standpoint of the name “Revival” it’s that you’re fulfilling the wishes of those spirits, gaining their trust in you and move back to the village to liven it up.

I’m fairly certain that Revival was made with the idea of being a “tutorial” or “main” quest-line for new players, giving them things to do so they understand the game better with actual guidance in gameplay rather than having to go searching for information outside the game.

I modded it it was great, it's been years but I remember having a plan to have two files one for certain groups like The Companions (forgot the name, they are based in first main town), then the College of Winterhold (mage school), one side of war, siding with the guys on the moutain against the blades for example.
Then my other file would be the dark brotherhood, theives guild, the other side of the war, the vampire clan etc.
