first, go to a doctor and seek proper medical advice please. ik we all want to help but cozy isn't equipped with medical knowledge like doctors. second, try doing physio seated. like repeatedly lifting your limbs, wave your limbs in circles, extend and retract, etc

also for goodness sake pls dont go swimming, it's very dangerous if you lose all strength in water.

Maybe set a timer? I didn't know what you've done when you've exercised with just dance before, but I usually do like a few songs then sit for a bit and drink some water and eat a little bit

i generally suggest very light exercise until your body can tolerate more. just dance is a bit hard on you based on what you're describing to me.

ah, I'm actually going through doctors right now. gone through basic neurology reflex checkup (felt like the doctor was trying to coax my body to respond the way it should when his stuff didn't work the way it should), complete cardio checkup (all clear), now heading to full thorough neurology in like january

It took me having a full body paralysis episode for the doctors to acknowledge that I was NOT faking it so you're honestly better along than I was

You should not put extra strain on yourself, gentle exercise would be ok, like sitting on the chair and lifting your legs with knees bent, or wall push ups. And if doctors dismiss you, seek second opinion

haha, i already experience those sorta-
the sensations are different in a way I can't quite describe, it takes significantly more effort to more the affected body part and it's very uncoordinated (if i can move it at all), sometimes a limb tenses up in a really weird position or won't stop shaking and there's nothing i can do about it.

After getting 15 candles in 1 day, you run out of chevrons
You reach grey after 20
The 16th and 17th candles are a normal price
18th is a bit more expensive
19th is double the price of 18th
20th is double the price of 19th

"But its a social game and things need to force you to socialize", well why not give us passive candle wax for emoting, chatting and interacting with nearby players?!? Instead we have run in patterns everyday and ignore the friend conversations just so we can fill our daily minimum wage pockets.

And why can't we fast travel already?!? We have an interactable map for that! (No windpaths don't count)

As for events, these are typically 2 weeks long and many are annual. Don't worry if you missed an event, it will come back next year!

Seasons are much longer and non-recurring. Hence the current Moomin Season you might have noticed.
