I think, practically speaking, then, Umbreon might be better for the rougher gym leaders for that game. It doesn’t have an advantage against Chuck, but you could probably do well with it against Clair for certain, and it can be helpful against a variety of other non-Bug or Fighting things.

Plus it outright has a type advantage against Morty and his dang Gengar! (Hate those things. )

iirc the reason that happens according to someone who said they had clipped to check OOB, is there's a WL somewhere wayyyy off into the void that's inaccessible legitimately (even glitches that we currently know)
apparently they changed a WL's position and did it weirdly by replacing it with a new one and chucking the old over there

i don't have proof of that, it's just trusting what a cozy said some time ago
