what i was trying to talk about was something called Mythic GME which is a fake game master for solo roleplay (essentially writing with random chance).

anyways i rolled up a character that, when they were a star they were part of a binary pair, and like they stole the other star when they fell. so now they don't want to go through all the realms because they might lose their other half that they stole or be discovered by another sky kid

all of that was being made at the near end of the 9cd season too

I don't think it's really underrated, I see a lot of players and even my friends wear the Nine Coloured Deer cosmetics, plus there are a plenty of 9cd art especially during the season it depends on where you look honestly, its just sky fanart is oversaturated by the generic "handsome" skykids 😭

(It's a quite hyped season, bc of the Asian based folklore and cosmetics that many of community around me were especially excited for. And most the season quests tend to be single area based anyways)

Anyway gonna go on a bit of a rant about waterfall and that idea actually
In the beginning of waterfall it sounds like the piano is being played from afar and I think it adds so so much to the idea that Undyne is hiding her true self to be a stone cold and emotionless royal guard, the grow from the strings and drums are her emphasizing what she is showing, but the bells/xylophone (I know there's other kinds but it's the easiest I can think of right now ) at the end is her letting the player see a peek of what she's been trying to hide, and you're able to make her realize that it's okay (Depending on the route, that is-)
The drums and strings drown out her true self, both from fame and wanting to keep up the act as long as she can, and to try and prove to everyone that she's the greatest protector who knows no such thing as "pity" or "emotions"

Yesterday I did not have too pleasant a social experience in Sky as I had my first actual toxic player encounter. Long story short, I handled my encounter with the "silent treatment" meaning I did NOT reciprocate their mockery emotes, play back, and refused to accept lighting each other. At most giving single honks and shrugs. The player I encountered eventually ran off jamming music somewhere.

Does giving the silent treatment usually work with ya'll?

I don't know how a text documentary is called but this is a good moment to share cute moth headcanons :

1. they naturally seek out warmth, beyond sitting in live fireplaces this means sleeping moths in the same room will naturally slowly shuffle closer to each other and form a hug in their sleep (or cuddle pile if enough of them are here)
2. moths get shinier and warmer the happier they are : when grandma enters a room full of moths the temperature climbs by 5 degrees
3. moths are very strong but very gentle, they are able to carry multiple times their own weight and fly with it but they take extra care to not hurt their friends when hugging
4. they are very soft and when they move around in a quiet room you can hear the sound of soft cloth rustling
