I mean, if you feel that leaving sky permanently would do you good, then do so. There's nothing to stop you from leaving, and maybe you'll find a community more suited to your tastes.

You can also just stay as a lurker. If you don't feel as attached to sky, yet you still like sky.

I made an alt account recently and am playing as an experienced moth. I think I alarmed another playerin the wasteland social area bc they saw my cape, lit me and saw my default outfit, and they started honking and being friendly.
I honked back, then turned around and took a flying leap into the vortex. I couldn't resist, I love shenanigans

Prairie lobby is the area that seems to bring most moth encounters. Wasteland lobby is usually props everywhere and people just vibing.

I love the krills ambient noises. I go to the graveyard and sit on the rocks just above their patrol circuit, and I observe. I even have an outfit setup as my Krill Watching outfit. The mechanical creaking and ominous humming are fantastic ways to make the Krill unsettling, even when they aren't actively targetting you. Even if their behavior is calm, their design screams "This thing is a Threat"

I krill watched in my camera at the end area once and watched how many times the routes they move made them break themselves

The krill outside the temple always interest me. I perch on one of the spires and watch them roam the area. The other krill have standard patterns to follow, but the temple ones seem more... erratic. Like they're actively looking for players, not just following a route.

Memorising 4 different patterns that change if the krills have pursued someone before is hard. Even the eden ones are easier.

Maybe I'm projecting, maybe it was deliberate on TGCs part, but those krill seem more dangerous. The unpredictable paths, the way at least one of them is always sweeping over the entrance area of the temple so nobody can sneak in, the way their spotlight wobbles more, scanning more ground and not just covering a track. These krill are just built different

I got krilled doing the mv one day cause the server glitched and put me in one where someone managed to open the gate and they either didn’t see me or couldn’t

I'll admit, it took me a While to realize those gates summoned krill. You can still move during the cutscene. As soon as the gate was going up, I was flying through it, so I never saw them appear.
I probably ruined more than a few days by the time I found out what it does, and I only learned this because a friend called out to me across the feild and I turned around to go meet them. Imagine my horror at seeing them beset by 3 whole krill

The designs for the animals are so awesome like the coyotes are kinda hard to explain but they look similar-ish in style to Chinese dragons and the livestock guardians look like hellhounds and the goats have super gnarly horns and the horses look like spirits and it's just so COOL

Unfortunately no - the only way to permanently change your size is the Resize Potion spell. On the bright side, it's 10 for three uses, not just one, so...
I take personal offense to you saying tall is bad though

Yeah unfortunately that change is not planned, as far as i'm aware
Best advice i can give are to not aim for absolute minimum, stop once you reach a size you're comfortable with
Going for absolutes is how you get people spend dozens of resizes getting dunked on by RNG
Also do note : random size potion does allow you to become small enough to do the chibi run animation, but it does not allow to reach the actual chibi height, you'll still be slightly taller than a mask user

there's also a trick with shared memories where a player activates their camera and walks through the doorway already open during the memory recording. something about the mechanic to allow the player to look through the camera viewfinder as they view the shared memory, actually places the player in the shoes of the player who recorded it

thus, these shared memories can be used to access candle wax in the vault and other such places for solo players

does that sound like what you're talking about?

The one thing I'll always have beef with vault about tho is how we can't go down the floors, only up.

I was chatting with a friend about a theoretical In Sound Mind season, and we had a bit of fun coming up with emotes or poses for the characters. Two we had were an anger-stomp where the character scrapes their feet on the ground like an angry bull (the character it was based on had a minotaur theme and anger issues) and one for the therapist character where the skykid scribbles down notes, or perhaps holds up something and makes little chirps into it as if recording their voice

Possible light sleeper? Do you complete the 7-8 hours of sleep every night? Or do you oversleep? Or does something wake you up at that time? (Person entering the room, etc)

Naps also add up to your sleep hours so if you took a 3 hour nap and you slept 5 hours that night, you got your 8 hours of sleep.

I do not nap. I typically get enough sleep each night. and there is nothing I can discern that would have woken me up

Recently I pick jasmine flowers from our garden for my mom and it has such a nice smell. I take maybe 3 flowers with me and I often have a good sleep with it near my pillow.

We have white lilacs and it blooms every december to february and let me tell you, our house smells amazing during those months.

Kind of reminds me of when I saw the dark eel get glitched out and stretch over to someone who lagged away (something like that, they just kind of zipped out of view), it ended up jumping out of the hole fully, all in a second or less. If only I could've gotten that on camera But yeah it's bottom part is very thin since it's supposed to look like the squeezed part of it's body, so I could see how that might look like a hand if it extends too far.

this one is especially difficult because the location the shard landed today has short cliffs that you cannot lead the crabs away from. and something about the slight slopes also keeps them from wanting to move forward no matter how much you deep call

Fun advice! You can actually use shared memories to trick the crabs! It really helped when I was playing alone (no server merge so I was stuck doing it myself)
