but to be more serious, don't handle it by yourself. there's a swedish proverb that goes that shared Joy is double joy, and shared sorrow is half sorrow. if you need to talk to someone, go for it. or have someone help distract you. sometimes going to another person, you're able to brainstorm solutions too

you need thick paper for it, and even so, you need to prepare the paper before putting watercolor, also there is 2 "main" ways to use watercolor, wet but less pigment, and "dry" and high on pigment (hi, i like watercolor)

I don't have the money to get my hands on cool markers that won't dry up as quickly
For now I just use pens and if I ever want bold outer lines I just dont

you can try a mix of 50/50 water and alcohol, disassemble it, and put drops of the mix on the opposite end of the tip. if they are "too cheap" chances they are gone forever ;_;

stuff that's hard to look at. there's this one untitled rothko painting that has text embedded in the canvas, but it's painted such a dark shade of black that you still struggle to make out the words

the deal with watercolor is...you dont "control it", wich its kinda the charm of it. you can try gouache or watered down acrylic paint, you will have better control on them (but still need thick paper)

highly depends on paper and weather. on summer here the watercolor dry too fast, while on winter it will take 2~5 days (that is because i usually do "dry layers")

to be honest, i've had the same dilemma a couple of times - it depends on the situation for me, usually if we don't have other forms of social media or mutual friends i don't hesitate to block them (it ensures that they don't harass me any longer).
