Snowflake

It’s a nice enough name on its own, but also doesn’t quite evoke the same feeling for me. It’s something without as strong as an image for me - if I don’t picture a snowflake itself, then I guess something a little warmer and cozier, if that makes sense. Like sitting inside and watching the snow fall.

Granted, that could be more up your alley! For me, peak winter is being outside on those clear winter nights when it’s flurrying, where you’re cold, but it’s a kind of cold you really enjoy because you can feel it thanks to the very air you’re breathing being so cold, but you’re bundled up warm enough so that it doesn’t become unpleasant and you can warm up easily enough. Hence why I’m drawn to Aurora.

But maybe you do prefer cozy winter vibes. Those are great, too.

I like the idea, but I feel we can't let "snowflake" stand by itself. Typically, towns have certain suffixes that denote they are a town
such as: -stead, -mouth, -ton, -ham, -ford, etc.
so if I were to name the town based on the word snowflake, I would probably name it more akin to "winterstead", "hearthbury", etc

My island I called Driftwood out of tradition from my first Stardew Valley run, but lately in life sims like Stardew, I’ve been going for Pokemon town names. But I got Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life a couple of days ago, and, well… I ran out of Gen 1 Pokemon names.

Moving on to Gen 2 wasn’t easy, though: I was stuck between New Bark, Violet, Azalea and Olivine. I ended up going with Azalea, though.

They’re human-like so models will represent what we consider “feminine” and “masculine.” It’s where folks can just interpret what they want from spirits. Spirits have a good few different models (size, shape, weight) that can be interpreted as feminine or masculine, but gendering what body type is kind of up to you (or the masses, you’ll see gen chat call specific spirits he/she depending on how much they fit the way folks gender things). I wouldn’t worry about it much, people have different bodies!

But yeah there’s more than two body types, I don’t think they are gendered by default.

A rant about someone ik. We share the same server, and idk what her problem is, there are a number of staff there and she isn't that friendly to any of the female staff. She's always nice to the guys there.
Last yr, my friend and I had lots of fun in the voice channel there. After my friend left the server, I didn't visit the channel again until today, when I found out the "general voice channel" we used became locked down as an inactive channel. Maybe it has nothing to do with me, but no one has been active there after my friend and I used the channel. I'm so upset and confused as to why she would do this.
