Honestly it comes more natural if you start seeing your skid less as your character and more as a person that might seem weird at first but it really helps shaping sky into something better even after you become a seasoned vet

It’s very much a possibility, I’d say. It’d probably be incredibly painful to a skykid if their core was damaged, though I also imagine it wouldn’t be easily damaged.

Perhaps that’s the reason why we immediately lose WLs to krills and the like - they know precisely where to strike.

Only in Eden can a skykid truly die. Otherwise, any amount of light and wl can instantly restore any damage to their cores and keep them alive.

you can probably go to orbit from anywhere, but I personally think one of the purposes of a skykid is to light their fallen kind back to Megabird, which is why skids do go through eden

They are a manifestation of the Light, one of the two fundamental forces of creation.
Divanwar created the creatures of light, and the sky children are sent to the earth in an attempt to rebalance Light and Shadow after the Storm started

Divanwar was created by the Light, and wields its power, but the Light itself is not an entity, but a force of nature.
It can survive without Divanwar, but Divanwar "tames" and balances the Light, so that creatures can survive in the world.
They used to work with the Avatar of Shadow, Divshyama, to keep the world in balance, but that changed when the Storm happened.

If its the same kinda candle as the one at Forest Brook Bonfire and Village Hotsprings, it only gives one piece of wax, but when the server is laggy about merging, it will appear to continuously give light, and the candle wont light.
In the end, it only gives one piece of wax when the servers finally decide to merge

I think my least favorite is actually isle because it so big and open but not a lot to help with going around faster. Favorite has to be vault just because it's so pretty

The realm that give the most sense of nostalgia is daylight praire. When i was a lil kid, i went to my hometown and go to a huge grassy field that to reminded me of daylight prairie. Hidden forest and Valley of triumph are both great too. I don't like Isle of dawn tho, idk why i just don't like it

Favourite realm is Vault! It’s just really pretty, and has my favourite OST in the game.

And I think my least favourite is Wasteland. Ironically, it’s not because of the krills or anything - if anything, I actually wish it was more dangerous! It’s because of battlefield. Crossing it is so utterly dull. At least the broken temple has that bit of music at the start to really have the gravity of the Wasteland hit home.
Wasteland at least has Treasure Reef, though! So there’s that.

A dishonourable mention goes for Forest. I like the realm well enough, and it has my favourite two seasonal areas, but something about it just makes me feel so incredibly sad whenever I pass through. And not in a good way. In an incredibly soul-crushing way.

I scoured the realms for WLs and spirits, I explored each realm top to bottom before moving on (and found Sanc before ever leaving Prairie), and what I didn’t know, like travelling spirits, I immediately took to Discord to try to learn more. And then Google when I learnt that the friends I thought played no longer played.

The Forest proper would probably be a pain to deal with in regards to maintenance unless you're in a cave or your home is a hollowed out tree where the rain isn't a bother

Prairie is just outright a good spot to have a home in wherever. Wants some birds? Bird's nest. Feel like having neighbors? Wind village or Butterfly fields. Want a bit less sunlight? Caves it is. Heck even the top of the caves sound like a nice spot as well.

As for me, I'd take the piano and my tent wherever I go if I could. Just set up wherever and do some tunes under the cover of tent
