Yeah I got used to it as a kid. Whenever there was a big event, or Easter, or Christmas and New Year, my family would have this big get together and we'd all just cook. My uncle would bring in a pig he just recently hunted and we'd make it a family thing. I never got to participate in the burning of the hair and the gutting of the pig, but I always helped start the fires and help make the Dinuguan, the adobo, and the bbq skewers

Cozy the last memory and the 4-pointed stars on our backs got me thinking.
||The 4-pointed star on our capes look eerily like the one that shattered the heart of Eden/Eden king.||

And some might say we're associated with them, and the elders seem to know that we are indeed related to it (though we ourselves doesn't).

Which gave me an interesting point of view on how the Elders reacted to us in the cutscenes.

Isle elder: In his sagely years, merely nods towards our existence and pointed us towards where we need to go

Prairie elder: Was a little bit shocked of us (we can hear a soft gasp when he wakes up to see us) but nonetheless being a very relaxed elder, helped us on our journey

Hidden forest elder: Seems to harbor the most disdain for the event relating to the last memory. Hesitates a little bit on interacting with us but quickly snatches the flame we were offering and just absolutely did not want anything to do with us

Valley elders: Doesn't care of our origins. They just want a new player to play catch with them

GW elder: Seems to hesitate a bit with us, but seeing us offer the flame merely acknowledged that we're not the same as ||the eden star/eden king|| and sends us on our way

Vault elder: Just like Isle elder, wise in her ways, points us to our destination.

One of the lessons that Le Petit Prince teaches is that when the circumstances change, the design does as well.

Yet a lot of stuff we see in Sky is rooted in the original launch of the game, and current methods no longer improve the game, but actively hurt it.

For instance, Traveling Spirits are super expensive, however we're stuck gathering up to 20 candles/day.

A lot more solo players are in the game now as well, and it's near impossible to amass the necessary hearts for some stuff.
