I started digital art almost a year now. have been doing traditional art before but during my transition I went through an artblock because I was so stuck on an art style i didnt like so I stopped making art for a month and then got back and started doing digital painting more freely and loosely which got me out

I believe in you guys too if you are feeling in that situation. Just do what makes you feel good not what others may think. Afterall its your art, make it yours. keep practicing

so what you can do is take a photo (of a real person) and draw over them to figure out how to construct a body. There's plenty of tutorials that break down the human figure into blocks n cylinders and all that, so you can try refer to those and apply the fundamentals to the figure.
THEN, try and recreate the pose you just traced over taking information you learned.

art is a romanticisation of real life as the basis so usually if it feels off - it's because it doesn't match what you're used to seeing irl
