I think either is good if you know how to use them. Just like photoshop or other maybe free apps like sketchbook etc and your skill. Personally I feel like procreate has it really nicely down with its interface and set up. It’s really nice layout and all. While the others u might have to click around a bit more and the names might vary on some things.
