i mean yeah, practice is certainly the best way to become better, but you can also do some other stuff to make the process of practice fun and productive, using a pen to sketch or doodle is one of the ways to practice for example, i had a whole sketchbook dedicated to only sketching with pen, different colours and how pens react with other materials such as markers and watercolor made the experience pretty cool!
