Art collabs, like open collabs, work in a sense of putting a context or prompt on something. So draw for example your sky kid in an outfit, the other person can add themselves in the piece just by saving the image sent :)

the inability to talk with people.
the random multiplayer.
the anonymity, lack of purchases, combat system, and the kindness that the player system runs on
stuff like that at the time was virtually unheard of and was a pretty long shot for a successful game. But, it made it.
(we see how tgc has changed with the way Sky operates)

Journey is a masterpiece, but if i recall, a lot of the team members quit once the deal was over due to stress caused by Sony pushing for due dates and stuff.

|| eden has different parts and the statues are actually real sky kids who died in eden. they’re frozen in the exact place that they died
i think spirits can go to eden and help skykids who saved them if their bond is strong enough. especially because in the deeper parts of eden, there aren’t many other sky kids to save the statues (‘dead’ sky kids). if a statue is left alone for a long period of time they will morph into something else and the sky kid inside will die
after saving a sky kid the spirit will lose all of its light completely and fade away. it will be reborn in the sky world as a being of light, but it will not remember anything ||
