Well, it's probably obvious to say, but I think you should draw a boat.

Seriously though — do you prefer drawing landscapes, or people? If you prefer drawing characters, then I would try drawing a landscape from Sky. I imagine that Golden Wasteland would be the easiest, but Valley would be very fun too. If, however, you like drawing scenery and backgrounds and landscapes more than characters, then try drawing a character. Since I saw you say you struggle with character design, my advice would be to just start with drawing moths. The character has already been designed for you, so what you can do is start out with basic moths, and then you can move onto moths with different hair, and you can start changing the poses. After a little bit, you can try changing the angle, too.
