So I’m very new to art so I might not be much help but I would say just try to go with the flow of your drawing, it doesn’t have to be exact to the photo and it most likely won’t turn out the way you want if you try sooooo hard to make it exactly like the photo!

ooo yeah aeon's capes are like bird wings =w= so they don't fall on the shoulders of skids like sky capes, but rather fold up and forward

aeon's description is like a million times better so i recommend asking her, but basically the way the more bird-like wings/capes would lay on a skid would be more like these ideas rather than the capes/cloaks on regular skids

but that's just an example and im not very good at the birb-like wings so
