1. what we see normally, a star/soul falls and boom ur a skid. Blessings from elders and/or megabird may also be involved, who knows.
2. your soul falls onto a parent, and basically they gotta craft you a body and get some blessings going and boom ur a baby.
3. basically mammalian reproduction happens, this is for those who believe skids are more like humans
4. 1 or 2 happens, but you're not a new soul, you're a really old soul whose made the final reincarnation.

i personally think the best place to start is seeing how the normal human anatomy works in the first place. You cant make your own anatomy style until you know the basics and fundamentals.
Before starting a new piece, maybe take a photo of you doing the desired pose so you understand how the joints would look in that way and also get a sense of perspective (in general and how things will be viewed from diff angles)
Practice with those, maybe use photos of yourself as a reference (never trace >:3 ) and then eventually you will be able to sense / see correct anatomy. Otherwise its just down to practice and studies
Theres no shame in using yourself as a reference after all!

I don’t use a Specific brush when I draw on Digital I just get a different layer and use my sketch brush and use Full strokes idk if this was helpful but i hope it did
