It's my idea for the prop backpack design that can be unique and look cute on players. If it had different colours, players can match them to outfits and have more fun wearing them. ^^

I would like some constructive criticism on this. How can I make it even better?

Your colors are beautiful and you've got a great balance going along with some perspective that gives a lot of motion to the scene, the only things I can suggest is adding some deeper shadows to the back of the sky kid and some light highlights on the front facing the light. If you feel comfortable you could push the cape out to the right a bit as if it had caught the wing, still or moving it's really pretty. It would give it some depth and make the sky kid feel more in the piece than they already do, really amazing work so far and I cant wait to see how you finish it! (also One Shot Niko icon so adorable )

^^ I second that. On top of adding a deeper shadow to the sky kid, you could also put a deeper shadow on the snow mound, so it gives it more depth too =w=

most likely both. I'd suggest a deeper shadow on the mountain itself (closer to the corner, if that helps), but then also one under the sky kid, with that shadow moving down and back toward the bottom of the piece (like a person's shadow? if that makes sense)

I'd suggest under the sky kid and at the corner of the snow, a purple/blue and red/pinkish shadow mix would fit well, referencing the shadows in the game is the best way to get accurate colors if your aiming for accurate but it's your piece so do what you feel comfortable

But it's that difficulty which creates a variety of artists, how we tackle anatomy/colors/poses/scenes/etc is different and creates our styles and abilities which we work to improve every time we draw. We take inspiration from other artists to grow our skills but you will never be like them, because you are you and have your own skills. There are those who are looking to your art and admiring it even if you don't look back and see them, but they are there. This chat is a great example of the different styles people do and how each person has unique skills, no one is born an amazing artist, we all work hard to do the best we can

definitely better! the shading gave some well needed depth =w= the only things I can think of would be possibly softening the edges of the sun so it blends into the sky more, and/or brightening the area around it so its less a solid semi-circle and more a very big glowy light. But honestly that's just nitpicking at this point =w= it looks very pretty
