yeah sure! she's pretty quiet but wise, in her (au/world???idk???) lore, she was one of the first sky kids to fall before the kingdom fell and was raised as an apprentice in vault and became elder before lamed became one

the idea for the capes i design is that they rest much like a birds wings would (folded at the sides when not in use) and after researching the capes in game and seeing no sign of any kind of latch or small rope holding it to the body, these follow the same logic, parts on the shoulders rest on the shoulders

when it comes to anime, I'd recommend looking at existing anime and take note of how those artists draw that style =w=
also learn your proportions and "skeleton" framework for bodies before you really jump into drawing, if you're doing fullbody art
but head and busts are the (usually) easy starting points
