You could fix the chin a bit, maybe make the neck thinner? Unless the character has muscle, that is, then its fine
Maybe make the hairline a little more down than up, the hair line isnt very visible if you look at references

I draw with Wacom tablet. It just slides right with my small hand

I used to use a wacom bamboo (aka a super old tablet) and did fine! Is big but with no buttons and does the job super well

I dont draw in my pc anymore because i just dont like it- i never became fond of it. I draw in an iPad and (to me) feels very natural and organic while pc tablets feel stiff and rigid (but this is just my personal preference, Ig getting a drawing tablet is a canonical event I'm every artist life)

There is nothing special in the way I draw, it is an attempt to create a dry and realistic picture or concept art to show the idea itself and not to create colorful art full of colors and glitter, Therefore, this does not create special interest. And what you call "Professional" is just practice for several years of self-study in drawing, everyone started somewhere, it just takes time

The best way to go with in the long term is starting off with greyscaling, but as a beginner if you wanna see quick and easy results start by using just regular colouring methods

Greyscaling is when you color your entire thing with values between 0-1 and that kinda defines the intensity of the base color, shadows and highlights

but the way I colour is first having a base colour within the linear and slowly filling spaces in either in the same layer of the base or spaced throughout clipped layers
