So this upgrade is just so…

Very rough concept sketches for instruments for my OCs. The orange one is a carnyx, an ancient Celtic horn used for war and other ceremonies. The blue one is a crwth, a Welsh bowed lyre typically played by aristocrats in the Middle Ages. I intend for them both to have special effects activate when played intensely - fire for the carnyx and water for the crwth.

Carnyces were typically modelled after dangerous animals to invoke their traits, so I thought a krill would be suitable. I don't think crwth had any important symbolism, but I made it manta-themed to match. [Eden spoilers] ||The body of the crwth is also intended to resemble the castle at Eden, as a double reference to the Light creatures' reincarnation process and the Seakids' connection to the cursed king.||

im pretty sure i made a theory where elijah actually revived leilina behind seraphim's back for a certain reason that i can’t remember so that's probably why she got survivor’s guilt and met sukei after a few hundred years

the relations:
elijah + leilina = old acquaintances (elijah used to like her)
seraphim + leilina = seraphim used to always be by her side and her secretary

what happened:
seraphim = got possessed during the filorou war + the spirit decided to take advantage of his abilities (because he’s the second strongest being in filorou he’s the hydra-apollyon besides elijah being the literal god of filorou) = leilina trying to free him from possession

leilina manages to free seraphim but for the price of her life = leilina uses her last bit of will to heal and free seraphim = blep ded leilina

before leilina died = tells elijah to change the color of the crystal bow that possessed seraphim ||shot|| into her to orange (she basically requested elijah to frame himself so seraphim doesn’t get enshrouded in guilt) = why seraphim hated elijah for a while in a nutshell

elijah ended up reviving leilina behind seraphim’s back and told her to stay far away from seraphim so he doesn’t know

My turn , Ahem,in a nutshell there was a family of five.
Then one day while ayim was swimming he saw a woman. About the age of 26 taming the king krill,(aka the really big krill fish in abyss area) and obviously he was shocked and went to tell his two kids and his wife, the next day the krill was taken OUT ONTO a harbour with real people living there, among one was a teenage boy named Duna (he’s important later on!) one day while being served some delicious food he looked up and saw a beautiful boy(it was Alberto XD ) and he fell in love, and went into his room (by accident) and ya know what? He actually confessed his feelings and then they were a couple
And then Nara became a big krill and everyone almost died

Frog-crab: a little green crab that lives in the puddles of Hidden Forest. They croak loudly and jump at sky kids that bother them. Sky kids can easily pick them up as they are much smaller than other crabs, and they will eat a butterfly if one happens to flutter near the child of light 🫢 (but they are very cute)

Soma is a Ensune dragon reborn as a skykid (as he's an alter in our DID system and is the only one playing sky) poor coordination, communication and social anxiety slow him down. Knowing his mask from the past, he's struggled getting attached to any masks he's seen thus far. He's a lost child of the forest (aka loner moth who just hangs in the forest) who treats the WL as his friends whom he visits daily. Though he's started making friends as he's prone to helping anyone out.
Soma was born into sky only a week or two before the season of passage. He identifies with foxs ravens and dragons.
Though mostly he watches and listens, he is practicing his skills in music, acting and flying.
Any time he sees someone alone he wants to be there for them. Even if he doesn't know what to say.
If not trying to meditate with the WL, he'll often look for music memories, or lone musicians to listen to.
