Also art question 2- do you usually shade with like. A darker color of the same? Bc I'm having trouble and it doesn't feel great using diff colors to shade lol

uhh u make it darker and u turn the hue to be a cooler color than the base color or smth
depends what style tho cus some just use a darker version of the base color

i never really use shaders unless i really wanna make mine pop, if i do, i usually use a shade that's a hue darker and leans more into a different color, for example, if i use a light yellow color, i'll scale the color down a few notches and make the shader color more orange (not too much tho)

Like I think an idea that won't leave is just like. My experiences with moths as a skid. Stuff like saving a friend at the end of golden wastes, (spoilies for endgame) ||dashing to them through the eye of eden, somehow not being hit purely to grab them||, or just even like. Standing by some snoozing skid in the water, holding a candle for hours just so that they don't go out.

A good practice is to draw 3D shapes in different angles and perspectives, that can help build a solid foundation

femininity doesn't always come from first glances, you could add some little lashes and it would be preettty visible that it's a girl I think (I'm terrible at designs don't trust my word and take it with a grain of salt)
