All jokes aside what I mentioned is some places where you can work on, for dimension on the buildings I’d recommend practicing perspective and 3D drawings, for the pose I’d recommend blocking it into shapes Over the top of the reference then go back to ur drawing and go from there, don’t draw the clothes draw the body first, (just the simple shapes, e.g boxes and circles) remember that limbs will be the same length give or take a few smidges, I also recommend studying clothing and cloth folds, how it falls over the body etc,
