I'm using krita animation because it's the most similar to photoshop and i need to learn how to animate in photoshop for my art camps, my parents arent paying a ton of money for nothing.

i've used FA since i was in middleschool. Perfect for art tbh, great for drawing characters and landscapes.

the onionskin mode is super simple and basic. cant add audio and really only good for short gifs. each layer is a new frame of animation, which yes, means everything from bg and shading must be on the same layer
