I could only answer you that it’s because of the brush- Well if you are on ibis, just use the original soft pen but pick the gray color ( not black ), and with the size between 1.3 - 1.6 will be fine enough

truthfully for me drawing hands are a hit and miss especially if its like in more i guess dynamic angles. i just try and pray they look good enough
