you can search up brushes online that help you mix colors

you can use the filter "lens blur" on the colors

I have some glitch brushes that I fount on Etsy. You can try to search for cyberpunk brushes, glitch brushes, new wave brushes, neon noir, dystopian, pixelation, etc. If you are using Procreate, use the liquify tool and I think magnify? Whatever the opposite of “pinch” is. I hope that helps.

I think that you just have to make it more straight, I recommend drawing a straight line with the ruler to follow that as a guide line
