I don't think the kingdom had a civil war. I think the product of the King's greed was some dark forces that came against GW from the outside, either by being called by the king in Eden, or by being DRAWN to the power of Eden.

GW put up a valiant defense, but eden and everything, including most of the dark forces, were destroyed.

the way i see it
the elders were gods, created « oldest » (isle) to « youngest » (valley), CoL notwithstanding
they spent a while together in orbit, with megabird as a « mother » figure of sorts, and from that time they developed a family bond. i used to ship elders, but once i started seeing them more and more as related i was like « nahhhhhhhhhh »

Natural- if the Ancestors had no hand whatsoever in their construction
because by then they wouldn't be organic
then again the timeline displayed in Prophecy isn't really all that set- maybe it isn't as ancient as we took it for, but I'm grasping at straws there
That it was described as presenting the origins of the Kingdom makes this interpretation iffy
But when we look at the murals again, it looks as though they already have a military in place, with Wasteland Elder at the helm
So it's not unreasonable to think that there must have been SOME kind of war that they were going to- or preparing for
That the last mural looks as complete as it does and presents the Kingdom of Sky in what looked like its peak is somewhat telling of how much time must have passed
I mean- we have Vault in place, a complete structure of Eden, and even the Valley's flying races
It's wholly possible that the power diamonds are much more ancient of a craft than we took it for
Advanced enough to construct Vault and control the beam of Ascension and while I still don't wholly agree that krill are mechanical
@Voluntary has Ascended -there's still some kind of hope for it
plus the krill being presented in exactly one place in all of the murals in Prophecy- the last one, where the Kingdom is at it's best- is kind of telling

ok so butterflies DO sneeze calls so if they r light creatures they have sparks...
some more stuff:
when we deep call we overload the butterlfies and they get hot and they come to us to give bacc the sparks that we gave them (cuz they have small storage space)
and they rub into us and push us up collectively
butterfly charming is like putting jam in a jar but the jam is our sparks and the fly is the butterfly...
like feeding
the isle elder maybe putting the light next to the eggs
so im saying butterfly eggs r like dragon eggs...
they only hatch in extreme temperatures
so our candle is wuts need ed for the butterfly to grow...
