The reason he had his face broken might had been with something about not supposed to see or learn about an implemented truth

And how he walks up to us still having his face broken

Also, talking about that, I noticed that the scene where you die and the Prince comes to you reaaalllyyy resembles what happens when you die in the current game-

You're in a dark room, ded, Prince comes out of nowhere and comes to you, and both of you go out of the dark room

As for Lamed... Welll, they seem like their position is knowledge. Handling that much information must be a big job. I'd imagine Lamed started okay, but learned things over time that would make it harder to connect. All the messed up things in the world, all the consequences of all the mistakes.

Sure, there are good things in the world, but a lot of the good requires a certain nievite. Can you continue to watch a sport with joy when every impact reminds you of all the medical consequences of every impact?

Worse - can you still play your role with contentment when you watch everyone else being hurt by their roles, but at the same time are constantly met with why those roles were important? And as new knowledge is collected and your responsibilities grow, can you still connect with those very people you know are being destroyed?

New knowledge leads to new responsibility leads to more reason hurt. Maybe reducing understanding would illeviate some of the suffering, but then you are met with the very suffering that drove gaining the knowledge in the first place

Perhaps seeing how that pain drove the stars from the sky, theyy tried to find a way to extract it so they could continue their roles without the weight on their hearts. I'm saying that the cause of the suffering never got properly addressed. Instead the darkness itself (anger/hurt/fear/sadness/depression) was treated as inherently bad and the problem. This darkness was removed so things could continue on as normal. Thing is, the darkness was never actually the problem. It was a symptom intended to alert the one experiencing it, and those around them, that there was a significant problem that needed to be addressed.

'change' here is like reborn as 'moth' again. we still maintain our previous achievement (hair, accessories, friends). its even hinted that our physical body regenerated in home, waiting for the soul to come back from orbit

imo sky rebirth is much more like part of growing. yes we died, but we didnt forgot our past memory nor losing our experience in our past 'life'. we lose our wings, yes, but with our memories intact we can search and get them again. we are not rebirthed, we are growing to be more experienced

Huh... You know how you can swim in the water in Daylight, or even Forest, but the water in Wasteland hurts us, and so does rain? Well, I'm thinking that maybe, the rain in Forest comes from Wasteland. Not sure, though

i dont think the rain in forest is polluted, it simply hurts because we have a fire-like core (the "flame") and it extinguishes when we get wet

I think it does have a certain degree of darkness. Becuase water per se, doesnt extinguish sky kids. We can swim in it even dive (if it pure and uncontaminated

But it's not a poluttion thing, I think

It's more a spiritual like a darkness/coldness

When we are in forest and it doesn't rain, it's not the water the problem. There os a glimpse of light, protecting us
Even if we have feet in the water but covered under a rock we are safe

Or, still in Forest the clouds level of darksness is not enough to prevent to get recharged from them (even in Wasteland whirpool, it drags us down below, but it still recharge)

There is a darkness/coldness which affect our light/heat somehow

In geyser, the heat and pressure recharge us. So it's more related to energy which (in different forms) can recharge us.
Even clouds, which per se aren't warm, can hold some energy
So maybe the waters wich energy was drained by darkness, can try to get to their "thermal equilibrium" and thus draining us ogmf our energy

It's insanely weird that so many creatures of light still survived what many of us think about the Eden diamond explosion.
It killed all the people who didn't have their light, yeah.
So wouldn't a wave of corruption that powerful kill all the creatures of as well? And leave a LOT more corrupted rain and plants?
It's possible the light creatures were able to fight it, unlike the spirits, but it seems odd.
(Maybe Megabird sent down a wave of light to try and cleanse it, but the people were too far gone...?)

It also seems unlike the creatures would fight it because Skychildren are also creatures of light too-

I'm just throwing this here, but I love Eden for one reason, I think the importance of friendship really shows there. By sacrificing your winged lights to save the statues, it's like giving part of yourself to save someone. And I'm sure a lot have said this before, but the Eden crown, that is also the friendshio constellation, really makes me think Eden is the place of friendship.
